It's my privilege to tell you about the beautiful house that Cynthia Jervey created for me.  She carefully thought through my life style and my needs, and designed a house that suited me perfectly.  Each thing I wanted to do, she made better through her depth of knowledge and experience.  She led me to make changes that I would never have considered and in every case, they were a great idea.  She was on time and professional and very cognizant of my budget.  The people she hired to work on my project were also of high quality. Every day, I take joy in my home.  Thank you, Cynthia.

Cynthia was fantastic. She spent a lot of initial time with us getting to know us and our prior kitchen and needs so she could help in design for the new kitchen. She worked for us hourly and was sensitive to our budget as well. We reused where we could, refinished and recovered furniture where we could. She also helped us avoid the paralysis that happens in choosing tiles, finishes, knobs, counters etc. she learned our preferences and then presented us with viable options. She was on time, quick and responsive and great to work with. She made 3 months of construction go quickly and we are thrilled with the results!

We hired CJ Design Group... to help us put our house back together after we suffered major water damage. Our kitchen, living room, den, and a guest bathroom all had to be gutted, leaving us with an overwhelming number of decisions to make. We knew what we liked in a general sense, but did not know how to go about implementing our ideas. Working with Cynthia was an amazing and joyful experience. She is extemely knowledgeable, and pays great attention to detail. Cynthia was able to focus our ideas and work with our contractor to keep us within budget. She was even able to solve problems that even stumped the contractor! Cynthia helped us to pick materials, a color scheme, and redesigned our living space into an open format. In our 38 years of living in our house we honestly never used our living room for anything other than a throughfare. The new design makes this living space the hub of our house! Additionally, she custom-designed a shelving unit to create simple storage and redesigned our neglected fireplace to that it now a beautiful architectural feature of our home. We could not be happier with the final outcome!

CJ Design Group is fantastic! Cynthia is easy to work with and she has exquisite taste. She knows how to design according to your style and budget. I have used her for both my home and my office. The prices are very reasonable and she goes above and beyond to satisfy the customers' needs. Wow!  What a talented designer.   Cynthia helped redecorate 2 of my retail stores.  One was 15 years old decor and I had just been at a stand-still. The other was a brand new store.  She has the eye.  From color  and fabrics, to design, spacial elements, to shopping and picking out just the right touches I would never have thought of….

In my first experience with an interior designer, I hit a home run with Cynthia Jervey of CJ Design Group. She was respectful of my needs and wishes, helping me develop a comprehensive overall look for the rooms involved: living room, dining room, family room and kitchen. She accepted that I wanted to incorporate some existing items: some furniture (which was beautifully recovered) and existing custom kitchen cabinets (painted). Cynthia definitely understood my "style" and worked with me to change a ranch style house to open concept. Her sense of color is superior, resulting in a cohesive look with paint, fabrics, and flooring. She was always available to meet with me, at home or with a vendor (tile, flooring). And services continued until the last details were finished (e.g. pictures hung). I highly recommend Cynthia Jervey.

I have been working with Cynthia Jervey from CJ Design Group for many years on many different projects in my home. She has a keen eye for design and space. The challenge for me is for her to get my husband on board with new ideas - mostly because he finds change difficult. Cynthia is amazing how she can communicate with people. My husband adores her and Cynthia knows how to speak to him. Our home is so warm and beautiful and we are so happy. Cynthia is wonderful.
We are currently working on a kitchen remodel and I am working with a general contractor. I brought Cynthia onto this project and it was the smartest thing I've done. She is guiding the GC with drawings, measurements, and every minor detail. Her ideas are spot on. I am so excited about this project and I believe that without Cynthia on this project, it would not be as beautiful and perfect as it will be. Next week is the install.
Next project to redo the fireplace in the master bedroom----yeah.!

"We had a horrible flood in our home, a pipe burst, flooded everything, and we had to redo the whole downstairs. We were so lucky to find Cynthia to help us. She guided us with replacing the floors and redoing all of the painting. She found us a wonderful faux painter who under Cynthia's guidance transformed our home in to a work of art. We could have just redone everything as it was, which was very nice.... but for the same price we created a wonderful space which we love. Cynthia helped us put our furniture and pictures and everything else back and now when our friends come over they think we have new furniture! We do too because it all looks so much better. She is a jem, easy to work with and so creative. We love you Cynthia! ....And she took the broken pipe and created a piece of art that my husband absolutely loves!!! She took a previously useless hallway and turned it into the focus on the downstairs space by designing a beautiful arched entertainment unit that closes behind floor to ceiling oak doors.
