Whether the interior design job is for a remodel or new construction, CJ Design Group's involvement begins with concept development, drafting, permitting and construction, and continues through final installation. Cynthia Jervey herself oversees all aspects of the work and design, acting on behalf of her clients and, therefore, working side-by-side with architects, contractors and sub-contractors to ensure the process is smooth and the results immaculate.
Cynthia knows that remodeling or new construction can be extremely stressful due to the overwhelming number of details, decisions and time allotment necessary to stay on top of the entire process from start to finish. Cynthia eliminates a huge portion of the stress by being not only available, but also on site so she's on-hand the moment an issue arises, therefore able to take care of it right away.
Along with all of the above, Cynthia takes time to prepare each client for what lies ahead and is on-hand to assist and advise until the moment the keys are turned over upon project completion. During pre-construction, Cynthia is able to:
1. Assist in establishing budget for project
2. Assist in determining client design needs
3. Prepare estimated project schedule for client
Preplanning is often the most important stage for a client and is sometimes avoided in an effort to save money. When, in actuality, CJ Design Group's dedication and involvement from the beginning actually saves clients money. Without proper advance planning, mistakes can be made, which ends up costing more than if CJ Design Group has been hired at the outset.
